Two dresses fitted beautifully, others had to be returned but then met very helpful lady in Sherborne branch and came away with other items instead!

I love Mistral clothing. The quality is still here, unlike so many other brands nowadays. Only think I would prefer is if returning or exchanging online items was free.

The long sleeved top was a really good fit. The same size short sleeved top was massive and was returned. Could do with better information on the actual size of garments, given that one size fitted and the same size was massive in a different item. Postage expensive (£5.50!) and if I have to pay for returns too I may not use online again.

Really unhappy with this company.
I returned a dress on the 9th June which had a hole in and I sent a picture to prove it. I was sent a prepaid label to return it which I did and obtained a receipt which I also sent to mistral.
I reordered a replacement order which they refused to waive the postage on and I contacted them a few days ago as I hadn’t received my refund, they told me to wait for 7 days so I contacted them today as it has been 11 days and they told me there’s a delay in refunds and they had not received my return.
I again sent photos of proof of postage and said I had waited long enough they also said their warehouse dealt with other companies and were busy
I’m very concerned about this refund on my order MO0195537 and will not be ordering from them again, I have been chasing this and am now worried

Some items ok but found sizing big and had to return some things. Unfortunately have to pay for returns.

Delighted with purchase. Beautiful colour, excellent style. Loved the buttons on the cuffs. Sizing perfect.
